LINE Intake Engine is a plugin that connects LINE Official Account intake directly to WordPress. It automatically parses and stores incoming messages, builds a roster of applicants, and lets you reply right from the WordPress dashboard.
📬 From intake to roster, step by step
- Publish an intake target (job posting, event, etc.) in WordPress
- A visitor taps the “Apply via LINE” button on the page (a QR modal appears on desktop)
- LINE opens with a message auto-populated with the target ID
- The sent message reaches your site via webhook and is auto-saved after signature verification
- The application list and roster update in the dashboard, and an auto-reply is sent
Visitors just send from their everyday LINE. Drop-off is far lower than filling out a form, and on the business side transcription work drops to zero.
