AI Estimate Concierge is a WordPress plugin that hands this first response to AI. From the photo and text your customer sends, it auto-generates a rough estimate based on your registered price list and replies on the spot.

🏭 How multi-industry support works
By default it ships with a leather-goods repair template, but industry knowledge is separated into a “dictionary” and a “price book.” Just swap those two via CSV/Excel and you can repurpose it for cleaning, home equipment, junk removal, buyback appraisal — any trade that estimates from a photo.

Because it handles sensitive data like customer photos, protection is thorough.
- Uploaded images are stored in a private directory and served via time-limited signed URLs (HMAC-SHA256)
- EXIF (GPS location, etc.) is automatically stripped before saving. HEIC→JPEG conversion and auto-resize are also supported
- Supports at-rest image encryption (AES-256-CBC + HMAC)
- The REST API is protected with nonce / signature / id_token verification, and logs auto-mask personal information
